Police seize three e-scooters in Ulm

Police checked 87 vehicles during e-scooter checks in central Ulm, examining 40 more closely. Officers seized three e-scooters whose software had apparently been manipulated to allow higher speeds. Their riders face criminal complaints for riding without a licence and breaching compulsory insurance law.

Nine e-scooter riders tested positive for drugs in rapid urine tests.
