Mother finds sewing needle in Halloween sweet in Filderstadt

A mother in Filderstadt near Stuttgart used a magnet to find a sewing needle in a wrapped chewy sweet from her daughter's Halloween haul. Two families in Filderstadt had already reported needles in two milk-and-hazelnut bars late on Saturday evening.

Criminal investigators are now involved in the investigation. Where the daughter received the affected sweet remains unknown. No injured children have been reported so far.
